Ms. Brenda Bell was my technical support today. What a delightful and knowledgeable technician. She assisted me in closing off a entry for spiders and rodents in my garage . She took the time to make recommendations and gave her advice freely. I cannot say enough about her expertise and knowledge.

Philip did a great job communicating and letting me know when he would arrive. He did a thorough job, better than I have ever had done before. Took his time and made sure all of the exterior was treated correctly and properly. Follow up call after service was completed was greatly appreciated. THANK YOU!

On early Friday morning I woke up to discover termites in my window sill (so gross) I called Terminix in a panic (like literally freaking out) and spoke with a representative, Kevin, & he was able to get ahold of Scott to have him come out & check things out for me. Listen, Scott was absolutely amazing, super informative, & put my mind at ease cause when i tell you i was freaking out, i’m not joking lol. he was able to assist with the inside of my home and the next day two others came out to take care of the outside and they did great too! I am so happy I chose Terminix to help & will recommend them to anyone.
