I was sold in 2020 a termite preventive plan that included a guarantee for tenting if termites were found in multiple areas of my home and spot treatment was no longer effective. They inspected my home in October as part of the annual inspection. The inspector stated tenting is recommended. I said ok my plan should cover. No the inspector says you have local dry termite treatment that does not cover your tent. I said that is not what I was sold. Provide me with my agreement that I signed. I have called the main number which rings to a corporate office since October. Filed a complaint. The corporate office has sent several emails to have this branch contact me about my concern and send my signed agreement. I have yet to receive a call or email or any information from this branch. I wish I could give zero stars. Do yourself a favor and find a different pest control company. We have been clients of Terminix since 2008 and it's been an awful experience. This branch is a joke. The technicians show up unannounced when you're at work, they look around for a minute, then say your home has been inspected. In all these years not one "inspector" had gone under our home to look for indications of termites. Well guess what? They missed and we have had to deal with subterranean termites that have basically destroyed the flooring and subfloors of our home. We have carried and paid for their termite insurance coverage since the beginning, but just try to get these people to respond of follow through with the claim process. Our Service Technician Sergio Silva is awesome! He has been keeping us bug free for a few years now. He is always professional and patient to deal with our dog and our schedule for service. Primarily that is why we are still with Terminix. Thank you Sergio!

Terrible Service – Avoid Miami Terminix! If I could give them zero stars, I would. I’ve been a customer for 19 years, paying the annual fee for maintenance/warranty, and the service has been nothing short of awful. I’ve called them six times, and while they’ve come out five times for inspections, they have found obvious signs of termites (see attached photos) but have done nothing to resolve the issue. I had to escalate my concerns to their corporate office three times just to get a response from them saying a local manager would call me back, and I’m still waiting for a response. They are quick to take your money and eager to charge for services, but when it comes time for them to honor the warranty, they disappear—no calls, no follow-ups, no service. Our tech, CJ Frias came on time. He was extremely knowledgeable and thorough in his treatment of our pesky ants. He explained what he was doing and why, and also what the immediate result would be. I commend him for his spirit of service and for his friendliness throughtout.
