Wilbur has consistently serviced our account for years. He always provides several days notice of him coming by and calls or texts the day of to let us know he’s on the way. He’s been attentive to our needs between appointments when issues arise. Overall we feel he does a great job.

Frankie with Terminix is absolutely outstanding! He always does a thorough job spraying for pests and carefully treating any areas of concern. I truly appreciate how detailed and attentive he is during each visit. On top of that, Frankie is always pleasant to work with and consistently professional. It’s clear he takes pride in his work. Highly recommend him for anyone looking for reliable and excellent pest control service!

Repeated will not show up for appointments. Zero follow up. Last one employee didn't want to bother to drive, due to employees 2 hr drove home. Closed ticket at 514. Claimed it would be dark by the time of arrival 36 mins. Sunset after 6pm. Lousy lousy service. Not my experience having them in Florida for years. Virginia branches are aweful.

Wilbur is very communicative and ensures that we are aware when his next scheduled visit is approaching. He was able to offer a solution to a minor ladybug infestation. I like that they only treat our home and leave our pollinators bushes alone so that in the spring and summer we can watch the bees and butterflies flutter across our yard.
