The tech was very professional and took time to listen to my concerns. Usually I am not here when the service is provided, but this last visit I was home. I glad I was able to see & interact with with the tech. The tech provided excellent service while maintaining a very courteous and professional attitude while providing service around my home. Terminix has had horrible service and stolen our money. They have delayed and delayed and delayed termite repair, insisting on evaluation after evaluation and also by then delaying those evaluations. We have been paying customers for years and they keep giving us the run around. This is costing us thousands of dollars by making us delay renting our facility. I’m extremely disappointed in the lack of professionalism by this company. Kim verbally stated the next appointment was to finally come out and FIX our home then we get a call only for them to say they are coming out to treat (spray) and evaluating the home to see what needs to be done. That evaluation was done weeks ago so (which should have been done months ago) so why are we reevaluating?!? We’re at the point of seeking legal counc

It's convenient to have the outside of the house treated and the inside of the house doesn't have any issues with pests. We always know when our technician is coming ahead of time and he always provides a detailed report after each visit.

Jerome is an expert in what he does and gives great customer service. Anytime I have a question or issue, he always has no problem addressing it. As long as Jerome is a technician for Terminix, they will keep my business. He is just that good and reliable.
