Chris was both professional and friendly! She thoroughly explained the services, the cost and timeframe of when they would occur. I appreciated all of that. She also would do service for my mom prior to her passing and she always spoke of how nice she is. This is why I started services with Terminix! We have been Terminix quarterly pest service and termite bond customers since moving to Myrtle Beach in 1997. The entire time the Terminix crew has been exceptionally professional, always on time and willing to go the extra mile. We also have a crawl space encapsulation system from Terminix that has made a noticeable difference for our in-home environment. They guys monitor it regularly and we've never had any problems aside from routine maintenance. I heartily recommend the Myrtle Beach Terminix crew.

Great customer service. My technician Chris always reaches out when it’s time for my pest and/or termite inspection. I don’t have to worry about forgetting. We always talk first and decide what needs to be addressed. Always a good experience.
