Terrible service paid for year 360 or whatever planned guy came to my house twice paid 3 months never seen him said we needed him he waits until it’s bill time then he schedules an appointment we paid for three months 50$ never seen him once until we where about cancel plan then they charge me like his been working I would definitely not pick them go anywhere they just want your money.

This is the worst terrible messed up service I have received from any company. I was trying from March 30th to just a week ago. Trying to get someone to come out to my house for a rodent inspection. I was stood up by them over four times. I wanted to use them because we have a termite contact with them. It would be time for the appointment nobody ever came. I would call and they would say it got canceled. I never canceled.I just wanted somebody to come out here. I wouldn't recommend this service to anybody. And yes, calling their office was a joke too. I'm definitely calling someone else, and we'll probably cancel the contract We have with them. Complete waste of my time because they would say between the hours of eight and noon, someone would be here.

The technician was just fine but getting ahold of the Nashville office is ridiculous. You have to call the main Terminix number for them to send something to the branch than you never hear back from anyone at the branch. They failed to do an initial inspection before my home was treated. I am a first time customer. I call the Nashville branch and it’s like the number itself has been disconnected. The customer service rep set me up for the second appointment but Nashville never followed up. It’s sad how they do business

I have been using Terminix since I moved in almost 11 years ago. Dave Jackson is the man! He is friendly, professional and always goes above and beyond to solve my pesty issues! He has even brought his boss to the house a couple of times when I was having a sudden and severe rodent problem. The two of them went through every inch of my house looking for an opening where anything could be getting in. They were amazing! Go with Terminix, you won't be disappointed!

I should have canceled when they didnt show up during the scheduled time the first time. But when they showed up and what they done was things I already do. Just thought I'd save husband time when he is home. Then lied about cost of service. Said a special was going where I could have pest and termite control for 99.56 every 3 months. What a lie!! Been changed every month so far. I called and told them salesman falsely advised and wanted the quarterly payments or salesman can make the monthly payment in between quarterly payment since he lied. Regional office was supposed to be contacted. No one got back with me, that was month ago. Was charged again last night and when called today, she said someone will be contacting me today and good luck...do I really need luck for them to fix their li
