Rob was amazing! He came out right away and solved the “mystery dust” we have had for months. Thinking it was the worst, termites… carpenter ants…. something destructive, he took his time, took samples back to the office and figured out it was dust from our aging roof!!! What a relief! He did the normal service while here and told us to call back in two weeks if we still had any issues. He was so thorough, he called back and told us what to do in the event one of the puppies stepped on a glue trap (to collect mystery dust)…. making sure we didn’t pull it off and injure their paws. That what above and beyond! I can’t say enough about Rob and how great he was. Took the time, kept in contact, followed up right away and now our mind is as ease.

We've always had 5-star experiences with Greg, our regular tech. I would highly recommend him to everyone - except that might mean he wouldn't have time for us! He's careful, reliable, and explains what he's doing and why - as well as the small and simple things we can do to make their services even more effective. Well worth the contract!

John from Terminix was outstanding! He was professional, thorough, and incredibly thoughtful throughout the entire visit. John took the time to carefully examine every concern, explain the issues clearly, and walk me through all available options. Anthony did above and beyond service to my property by thorough bug/ spider treatment sprays, fruit bug treatments, recommending the weak spots to fix as in the submitted pictures. He has been very sincere in all his quarterly services to my property . Thank you Tony.

Rob is very thorough. Always calls days before his arrival to be sure he covers all concerns. He leaves a summary vm afterward and is available in between scheduled checks for problems that may come up. He’s very personable, professional and reliable.
