The tech shows up consistently every month and does a thorough job checking the office over every time he is here. Very friendly and helpful.
The representative called ahead to verify, not to let me know when he can make it, but to see if I was going to be available. That's really nice nowadays when some companies seem to not value my time. He's very polite, inquiring about any needs I might have. Definitely a good experience in a time when that is rare.
