Every employee I interacted with was very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. It is obvious the management team has a solid understanding of customer service and has instilled that in their employees. Kudos to the employees for utilizing those learned skills.

Josh Padgett did an excellent job of explaining the advantages of using the Terminix bait system, as opposed to the old spray system. I purchased the upgrade. Two days later, the team, including Brian Grace, came and installed the bait. They were excellent at communicating throughout, as well as being very personable and professional. Very pleased.

We had an issue & Brian was able to send Corey Milam. He came for an inspection today. He was on time, courtesy & professional & did a thorough inspection for us. He did a great job explaining his findings. That is reason for our 5 star rating.
