Been using Terminix for few years now. Great customer service and are very diligent about tackling any problems that arise. Easy to reach on the phone when needed. Technicians are always friendly and try to help out. Our latest tech has been Jayce and he is always super friendly when he comes by and tackles everything efficiently and effectively. Overall they have done a great job at keeping the bugs out of the house!

Bryce and his manager took good care of us and knocked down a hard-to-reach large dormant hornets’ nest from our saucer magnolia tree. Took care of it quickly and efficiently as part of our pest service. Don’t have a current photo but marked in red about where it was hanging in the tree.

I am writing to share my positive experience with Miguel. He was punctual, professional, and went above and beyond while spraying my house. Since I was not home when he first arrived, he took the initiative to come back later to ensure the garage was also treated. He was incredibly friendly throughout the process, and I truly appreciate his excellent service.
