Cannot say enough about the VIP service that Savannah has provided us! I previously only used local exterminators looking for that personalized care but it never matched what I have now. Savannah was professional, timely, and most of all very kind.

Brian Kibodeaux with Terminix is a fantastic technician. He always communicates clearly about when he will be servicing our address and is consistently professional. He does an excellent job and goes above and beyond to ensure we have the best possible protection from insects and rodents. His strong work ethic and friendly demeanor truly set him apart.

Mr. Ernest was absolutely awesome! He throughly check the outside for those insects that Mr. Boudreaux and I don’t want around. We are happy customers, and appreciate Mr Ernest for taking his time to keep our property safe, for our precious grandchildren.

If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with Terminix has been a complete disaster from start to finish, characterized by constant no-shows, shoddy workmanship, and what feels like fraudulent billing practices. The core of the problem was their complete lack of reliability. In a single year, the technician was a no-show for our scheduled service three separate times. Of those three missed appointments, we only received a phone call once to let us know they couldn't make it. For the other two, they simply marked the service as "complete" on their paperwork, despite never setting foot on our property. This is not only unprofessional, it's dishonest.
