Do NOT use terminix for wild life removal. First they identified the animal incorrectly and then went weeks without follow-up on the service. It has been 3 months and we still have a raccoon in our attic doing more and more damage. Please use anyone else for this service.

Hands down one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. They came to our house over four times and two months later the raccoon is still in our roof. When we called for a refund they just stopped responding and left the half cocked trap in our attic. Zero follow up after any visit we had to call and pester them.
