Our service rep, Rusty, came into our home, did a thorough inspection, and explained what we needed to do to tackle the situation we were facing (squirrels and rats in attic). The technician's assigned to the job came to our house promptly and did an exceptionally well job. We are very happy with how they explained what they were going to do doing and the job they performed. Would definitely recommend Terminix to our friends and Neighbors.

Our Terminix guy, Miguel did an amazing job. He took his time to check everything thoroughly and even pointed out things we should watch for. He was super knowledgeable, and went above and beyond. He was very polite, detail-oriented, and trustworthy. His professionalism and kindness made the whole experience super easy, we really appreciate his service!

On my way to work yesterday morning I was almost hit by one of their exterminators, who decided the SHOULDER on the right was the best place to speed in to cut through traffic. Managed to get this picture of their plate at the stop light where 90 east exits to 1604. If anyone from the company sees this was around 6:30am on 12/17/2025. Train your drivers better

Miguel was great. He came to service for termite protection, but was happy to check our attic’s traps and remove used ones. While he was up there he noticed a possible leak in our roof and brought it to our attention. He was friendly and extremely helpful. Communication was great. On time.
