Dexter Wilson was our service technician. Dexter arrived on time, he did a thorough inspection and was very responsive to our questions and very professional. We look forward to Dexter continuing his service to our home.

Our exterminator Nick was THE BEST !!! He was the nicest , most informative , knowledgeable , personable and just an all around great guy !! The same day we noticed a huge difference in the amount of critters. It’s been maybe a week since his visit and we have only seen a few critters and in the near future I’m confident they will be 100% gone. THANK YOU NICK , you are the real “terminator” not Arnold 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️🤣🤣

Ryan came this morning and I want to give him props. He was so friendly and THOROUGH. He was courteous and had a smile on his face. He checked everywhere under the house and said all is well. I’d give him a 10/10!

Yes I did have a 5 star experience. Am very happy having terminex. My technician James is always a joy to deal with and is always thorough in his expectations of my property.

We are extremely disappointed in Terminix’s lack of transparency and urgency regarding our home’s vulnerability during our tenting for termites. No one at the company explained to us that we could be robbed between the time the gas stops and the crew comes to remove the tent. Although we took many valuables, Terminix was less than vocal that break ins happen. They also said, “Leave your home security alarm OFF.” This ensured we would lose everything. The thieves broke in through our back door and took EVERYTHING THAT MEANT ANYTHING TO US! Including heirlooms, dog tags & collars from our beloved, deceased pets, jewelry, financial information, expensive tools, etc. The thieves have used our financials to steal from us online as well. We are angry, heartbroken, and reached out multiple times
