Terminix

We have made 3 appointments now and no one has showed up nor have they notified us. We are not allowed to have the local branch number to find out what is going on. You get to only talk to customer service who will email the local branch manager for them to call you back. This has happened twice with no return call. I had pest control with another company in another city and was treated like customers should be. Be aware of the lack of dependability.

We noticed wasps or yellow jackets flying around the front of the house and were able to get an appointment the day after I called. The gentleman on the phone was polite and helpful and our technician Jared is amazing! He found the nest, sprayed it and also around the windows which suspected were access points. Terminix is a great company, I’ve used their services for seventeen years at my old house and transferred service when I moved here.

Mathew Holland came to my house to spray for black widow spiders. He showed up on time and he explained each step of the process and answered all my questions. The appointment was quick and thorough and he was so kind! Great customer service - I will be using this company going forward!

Called last week for a rodent and termite inspection. Home is only 2.5 years old and I don't see any evidence of pests, but I am interested in purchasing a termite bond. The only problem is, they never showed for the appointment (4 hour window) and never called to cancel or reschedule. Search these reviews -- it is a definite trend with this office. I'm surprised Terminix corporate hasn't engaged to help this local office with their management struggles and inability to follow through on commitments and appointments. Either way, they have lost my business.

I've been using Terminix for about a year and always get great service. My house stays pest free and I've never had any problems. My service guy, Daniel, is always helpful and pays great attention when I describe the problem areas of the property and makes sure it's taken care of. Last year we were practically up to our armpits in ants and this year I've only seen about 5 of them. We've got fruit trees in the yard so we're predisposed to pests but with the monthly treatments, we're all good!
