Terminix is essential to all homeowners, especially 1st time homeowners. A Pest control service is a must have especially if you live on a wooded lot, a rural neighborhood or in close proximity to other neighbors. If you have a basement you are underground and bugs live underground. Rodents will pay you a visit as soon as they figure out how to get in.Do yourself a favor and sign a contract. You will be glad you did!

Alan, our tech, is spot on. From ants to hornets he gets the job done with great efficiency. We could not be more pleased with our service.
The gentleman helping us was on time, introduced himself and was friendly. He thoroughly explained what he would be doing and was patient when I needed to empty a closet so he could comfortably reach our attic.
