I have had an excellent experience with Terminix. Their customer service is consistently professional, responsive, and helpful. Every technician I’ve worked with has been knowledgeable, courteous, and thorough, taking the time to explain the treatment process and address any concerns. David James is my current technician and is amazing, his service is reliable and effective, and it gives me real peace of mind. I truly appreciate the high level of care and professionalism Terminix provides and would confidently recommend them to anyone in need of pest control services.

My tech is Christopher. He's always on time, thorough, and so kind to me. The best! And Anthony who did my termite inspection was spot on and immensely reassuring with details of plans of prevention. He was kind as well! Both Christopher and Anthony are hard workers and always make me feel safe with Terminx taking care of my home. Quality work🙌🏽

Shane and crew did an amazing job installing termite traps around our house. The installation was done very professionally however they left cement dust around each trap on the patio and driveway which left their footprints around the property. The "x" markers they used but then bored elsewhere won't come up with water, wire brush and scrappers. When I called Shane about this he said they would come and clean it up. That was three days ago. Going out to try to clean up the property the best I can.

David James from Terminix answered my text right away. We have been hearing some scuttering at night and would like an inspection of the attic asap. He let me know that the next available appointment is in a couple days. I scheduled that, then 10 minutes later he was able to fit me in for an opening tomorrow. Much appreciated.
