Max Aker was the best Terminex rep I've had in a long time. He took the time to explain everything he was doing and found where the problem was happening with mice coming into my home. He was friendly and knowledgeable!

I used Terminix for many years in two previous homes in North Carolina and thought I could expect the same level of expertise and quality with Terminix here. Sadly this was not the case. I paid over $9000 for the “premium” rodent exclusion service. Terminix installed a solid metal plate connecting the wood siding of my house with its foundation. The job was done poorly, with many areas left untreated and a mess left behind. More troubling, however, is that a solid plate should never have been installed, because this plate will now interfere with the wood paneling’s ability to drain and breathe, probably leading to rot down the road. I’ve asked for a refund, but haven’t heard back. Now I’m left with having to remove the metal plate myself so it doesn’t cause further damage and instal

Responsive, quick service. Carl and JC were respectful of our home, explained things well, and were careful to avoid damage to our various plantings around the house. Paul was also excellent during the inspection and quote stage. He thoroughly explained all of our options, which allowed us to prioritize. Great experience!
