I have been using this Terminix location for a few years now, changing from another company when I had a flea issue from a friends dog that came over :-( The company I used did not get rid of the flees, even after three treatments $$$ and so they multiplied. I was at my wits end and decided to try this company. They were there the very next day, calmed me down and told me not to worry, they will get rid of them. They did! In one application!! I had tried everything prior, including the three treatments from a different company. I signed up right away for service, dropping my old company which most people use here, I have NEVER had an issue with bugs, ants or rats since! Nicole was fantastic at sending out crew quickly to help with our pest control, along with helping me navigate their new online scheduling and payment system. Dillon preformed the service and was efficient and so nice! We had a rat and he was able to locate and capture it that day! SO thankful! After using Terminex for 10 yrs and missing payments for a minute due to the amount of time I work. It was made up and auto pay from my financial institution was reinstated . The account is current. I received a letter informing me service will be discontinued because of the missed payments and I will need to pay in advance or set up auto pay. Never offered auto pay prior and I shut off auto pay to them due to a credit on my account. The information on my account is 10 years old and not current. No email and the phone number is long since gone. I know I had left a message in the office with current phone number. Sorry , but with this type of attitude, I will seek another company.

Daylin does our service service every month and is always so polite and respectful of our property and of our dogs. We have several outside water dishes for animals and one month I forgot to move them out of the way and I came home to find that he had not only moved them but he had turned them upside down so that they wouldn't get spray in them. I'd give 0 stars if I could. I called this company out for a minor ant problem, I took off 1/2 a day of work to wait around for a company who never showed. I called during business hours, got a voicemail, left a voicemail, and did not get a call back until the next day. I was understanding of the situation and rescheduled for the following day, which I then also took 1/2 a day off work, I had to go to work while the technician was on site because he was taking so long. I had a minor (less than 10 ants) problem. The technician attempted to take a picture of the ant to send to his boss on Facebook messenger to get clarification as to which type of ant it was. He recommended a wall void treatment which I agreed too, as he said it would take care of the problem & I needed to get to work after
