I am thoroughly impressed with the service, care, and professionalism from Alex at Wilmington Terminex. From the moment he arrived at our rental property, it was clear he takes real pride in his work. He did a complete and thorough inspection, explaining what he was looking for and what he found along the way. What really stood out was how great he was with our dogs. They absolutely loved him! Not everyone has that kind of patience with animals, but Alex took the time to greet them and made them feel comfortable. He treated them like they were his own. Cody and Terminix helped me get my Crawlspace encapsulated, insulated and dehumidified/dry. Cody was very professional to work with and always had my best interest in mind. Fair priced and they did a nice job. Helps that we were also able to get our pest control plan on top of the Crawlspace. I am a satisfied customer.

My technician is Jim McDonald and he has been providing excellent service for us. He arrives in a timely manner, is always pleasant and respectful to us and our house More importantly, he listens to our issues and takes care of them professionally.

After finding termites in our garage, I contacted Terminix and they sent Brian L. to do an inspection. This young man was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything that needed to be done, in a manner that was understandable. I highly recommend Brian L.
