Termio Pest Control

Messiah arrived on time for our scheduled appointment. He is one happy friendly dude. Very efficient as he went through every room and pronounced is ,"golden" for a lack of termites. Asked us to call them if any problems noticed. Also asked us to call if we saw any roof rats as I guess they are a problem in the near neighborhood. Overall great service from a real professional.

I have a termite warranty with Termio that’s about $30/month. It gives me peace of mind that I can call and have someone out within the next few days to treat any new activity. Joseph serves my area and is very friendly and professional. I’ve had great experiences working with him and his team all around. Highly recommended.

Our service today by Joseph was smooth and easy. He took time to answer my questions and to listen to my thoughts. It took him almost no time to install the bait traps. He was pleasant and professional.
