We have a contract pay by month and if see anything before next spray it is handled. Some sprays are organic. Ray is great and knows what he is doing. Extremely kind, and answers questions and concerns. We have learned since buying a home in AZ, termites are there or will be there. Handle before damage is seen or have to replace an entire wall like friends of ours. They paid the price for not having a service. I have peace of mind with a complete service! Thank you Ray!

Enrique always does a fantastic job and is very thorough. He answers our questions always asks if we have concerns or trouble spots. He added new traps and left additional stick pads as well which is greatly appreciated! Couldn’t be happier.
