I'm very dissatisfied with their service. They promise to keep your outdoor areas tidy but their guys do the bare minimum. In addition they discontinued service to us and only notified us with one week left in the middle of fall. I understand there are staffing shortages but they notified us the very last week they would been providing service. They should have notified us with at least a month to have time to find a replacement service. I would not recommend them at all.

We have used Terra Designs for close to 18 years! We have never had a problem. Mark came up with a beautiful design for our backyard pool area and has helped fix drainage issues. His weekly maintenance crew has always been reliable. Highly recommend.

We needed to be away from Atlanta for June July and August 2024. Terra Design was responsible for activating our sprinkler/irrigation system and then mowing our lawn and maintaining our grounds. Terra Design failed to activate our sprinkler/irrigation system and then failed to notify us that our lawn and bushes were dying for lack of water. And yet, Terra Design showed up every week to mow our vanishing lawn; not once notifying us of any concern. Terra Design billed us, accepted our payments and shirked any responsibility for its ineptitude. Now, we need to pay another firm to try to restore our lawn from what is now a dirt and weed patch.
