He diagnosed the problem right away, ordered the necessary parts without delay, and kept me informed every step of the way. As soon as the parts arrived, he came back and fixed everything perfectly. His professionalism, reliability, and calm attitude during a stressful situation truly stood out. My three year old water heater broke unexpectedly, and the Terra Group HVAC crew came to the rescue. From the moment I called, they were responsive, professional, and incredibly efficient.
