Recently I had an incident with Terra Vista, I contacted the company, the owner listen to my complaint and immediately took care of the issue. I knew at that moment that the old rule still applies "the customer is always right" It is hard to find companies that will listen to the customer.He went above and beyond to correct it. Their attitude was not if you don't like it go elsewhere. I was extremely pleased and I would highly recommend Terra Vista they are great to do business with !
Outstanding team led by Chad Meyer. The HOA I reside in has worked with Terra Vista for six plus years and any issue, (very few) are remedied immediately.
Best company in town nothing like them.
