Needed a new package unit, Chris and the team at Terrace were exceptional. They provided me with multiple options and explained the difference between each one. We decided and they squeezed me in and we beat the cold snap! I appreciated the whole process from beginning to end and the professionalism of the guys was a plus to experience… highly recommended!!!

Terrace’s tech, Jack, came out to perform a PM of my heat pump and crawlspace dehumidifier. I’ve watched a lot of PM’s over the years (not just HVAC), and he was very thorough and conscientious about his work. He addressed any other concerns I had along with ensuring I was completely satisfied. He was trained right. BZ to his trainers at Terrace!
