TERRAFIRMA Landscape

After getting a few different bids, we settled on Terrafirma to handle our backyard renovation. Our two separate wood decks were tired and rotting and needing replacement. Our vision was to rebuild one deck and turn the rest into a nice big paver patio. John McBride took our vision and generated plans and a 3D rendering which really helped the wife and I visualize the finish product. It also led us to making some tweaks to our original thoughts and John's design which he was more than accommodating with. They understand that these are big decisions that sometimes take time and there will be some back and forth. At no point did we feel pressured or like we were putting John out at all. After taking our time to write an honest review of our Terrafirma patio experience, we finally just agreed that one word truly sums it up all aspects ..... Excellence!! After trusting other companies with various projects of our elderly home in the past, and being badly burned by inexperienced work crews and inferior quality products, we were reluctant for years to finally have our large back patio replaced. Terrafirma recently tore out my old paver patio/fire pit near lake and installed a new one. I was very pleased with the results of their workmanship. I worked with John McBride and he made sure the changes I wanted were done. The crew installing the new pavers and fire pit did a wonderful job!

Terrafirma deserves way more than a 5 star review. Professionalism exudes through them from beginning to the end of my project. Donnie and the crews did an amazing job from rebuilding block retaining walls to pouring a concrete slab to leaving my lawn in excellent shape. They were kind, courteous, respectful and hard workers. Communication was great during the entire process. Thank you for all that you did. I am beyond pleased with the final results.
