Terrell's Tree Service did an awesome job! The price was great, the customer service was excellent, and the crew was very respectful. They left everything clean and neat when they were done. Highly recommend!

This company did a fantastic job. They sent over a crew of what must have been 8 people and bunch of equipment for every possible issue. They were polite and professional. This company also gave me the most adorable bid out of all of the companies I called. I am very impressed at the value and I will be calling them again for all of my future tree work.

Pretty good on-site. Would be much better if you didn’t have to work so hard to get past the phone girl. Just remember she will always, always tell you she will call back but she never, ever, ever does. YOU will ALWAYS have to call them back.

I have used Terrell’s for many years from trimming my trees to removing my oak tree. The men are all hard workers, courteous, and do a great job of cleaning up afterwards.

I've used Terrell's several times (always in the spring) and every time, except one, they've done an excellent job. For Terrell's: The one time with less then excellent service was when you sent a guy out who tried to act 'over-the- top' back-woodsified. He drove over a soft hill around a tree, leaving deep ruts, right after I pointed it out and he confirmed. Afterward, he wanted payment before the job was complete. Everyone else and every other time was always excellent. Oh, and a little more feedback for Terrell's. The girl who answers the phone says she will call back but never does. I understand you are a small business but you should talk to her; tell her to either stop saying she will call back or tell the customer they need to call back after she has gotten the information.
