Terry's Chimney Sweeps

Called and scheduled for a Thursday. Got a text he couldn't make it due to a issue with a job. Rescheduled for the following Thursday. Got another text with the same excuse. Poor customer service. I'm wondering if he even owns the business or just fake advertising. Probably should check with the better business bureau to see if he's legit. Do not call this guy. He's not dependable.

Called a few years ago and never got a call back. Thought I would try again recently. Called twice, left message, no response. Disappointing because he is losing alot of business!

I've been looking for a go-to chimney sweep for a few years now. I've called Terry's every year, four years in a row. The most recent was two weeks ago. He did call me back once, two years ago. He said he needed to check his schedule and would call me back but never did. That was the only time we've ever spoken. I've finally learned my lesson. Shame on me, right?

A bit difficult to contact, as his answering machine is always full, but he's very good and works fast. Would definitely recommend putting the effort in contacting him. Call early in the morning.
