Purchased a house that had mold remediation done in sunroom before we closed. Not having experience with that, we didn’t ask if Terry’s reviewed the adjacent room for spread of the mold. Guess what? We removed wallpaper in adjacent room and found mold. Not happy with no due diligence on their part or the sad state the sunroom was in left in.
