We installed floors in most of the house and backsplash in the kitchen with the assistance of Jerry and Katie. They are an excellent team: dedicated much time and effort in helping us find what we really liked. Their patience and professionalism is outstanding and the result was beautiful.

Great customer service. Worked with Elizabeth on a large order of tile floor and engineered hardwood. Response and follow ups were fast. Elizabeth was knowledgeable in recommending product and demonstrated legitimate interest in helping us source our color and style. Showroom had great selections and Terry’s Floor Fashion beat other local and national vendors on price. Extremely convenient, we were able to have our large tile order delivered to the Cary warehouse where our tile vendor could pick up. We’d absolutely do business here again.

Terry's sealed the deal with their professionalism, and their competitive pricing. Terry's employees are knowledgeable, professional and go above and beyond to make sure their customers are satisfied. Jerry originally helped me in the store giving me extremely useful information about choosing the right type of flooring. Elizabeth helped me make the right color choices for LVP, and to pick the right carpeting for my stairwell. She checked on the job and made sure any minor items (there were no major items) were corrected. I gave Terry’s an awesome review over a year ago when they installed my flooring in my business as well as a rental property that I own. The flooring was not installed correctly. The joints were suppose to be glued together and they were not. Over the last year,the flooring has separated. I asked them to come out over a year ago and someone stopped by for maybe three minutes and kicked the floor board to move the board and then left. The floor has continued to have more and more gaps over the year. I called again this week and someone stopped by and quoted me $275 to glue the boards together. This should have been done when it was originally installed. I would not recommend Terry’s because their installers do not do quality work. I was told today that Terry’s only warranty it for a year
