TES Construction replaced the shingles and removed a chimney on my roof in Petoskey this summer. Between the old chimney bricks and a complex roofline with several different pitches, they made a complex job look easy: I am extremely pleased with every aspect of their work. The new shingles look great! Troy is personable and responsive. He responded quickly when I first called and answered all my questions both before they started and after the job was complete. He clearly has a good rapport with his roofers: they were kind, careful, affable, and extremely hardworking. They finished the job quickly and thoroughly cleaned the yard up afterward. Troy was amazing to work with throughout my entire re-roof! Initially he explained everything with detail, including the potential start date of the project, what was included in the cost, and the timing of completion. While I waited for a larger project slated to start before mine, Troy continued to keep me updated. Once he was ready to start on my home, he contacted a local store that had the shingles in stock so I could preview them and choose in person. This was helpful as the colors vary. I researched and cost compared T.E.S. Construction LLC with 4 other companies before making such a large investment. T.E.S. Construction LLC beat all 4 competitors in cost, quality, color selection and warranty of my new roof as well as seamless gutters. In 10 hours their 8-man crew tore off my roof, replaced OSB decking, installed synthetic felt, ice and water shield and disposed of all debris and shingles. They also used heavy magnets for any lost nails. They left my house and yard nicer than they arrived. My neighbor was so impressed he hired T.E.S. for his new roof! I just booked them to do vinyl window trim to my entire house this summer. I could not be more pleased and HIGHLY recommend T.E.S. Construction LLC.
