Teutonic Temperature Control

Our air condition went out on Wednesday evening around 8pm, I sent an email to TTCS same night at at 7am on Thursday morning Jens called me back. He was in Elmhurst already and could stop by at 8am. By 9:30am Thursday morning we had cold air blowing in our bedroom again. One of the capacitors on the compressor had gone bad; Jens replaced it and went over both units to check for gas pressure. Perfect service at a fair price! 👌

Humidity in the house was very low and the company was contacted to reconnect or replace my in furnace humidifier. I was told it hadn’t been connected in some time and they preformed the work to reconnect everything. After a day or two the house once again was very dry. I contacted them again to have them fix the original issue, and was told I would be charged a service fee again despite them not actually fixing the issue. I was told that I may just want to replace the whole humidifier, which I would have done originally and avoided multiple service calls had they advised that from the start. All in all I didn’t get my issue fixed, and they refused to come back out to fix the issue unless they charged me once again. Seems like they just want to milk the $110 dollar service fee for just c
