Since I don’t have good credit they will charge a scam price of $4.09 a gallon this is insane. With extra fees included. Like I was gonna pay cash. Why does credit change the price. Highway robbery

Tevis delivery was prompt, polite and made our delivery with no complications. We also use them for our service maintenance contract and they are knowledgeable of our system and it's needs to operate at peak performance and saving us money. The technician was on time and polite.

Service is timely. However, the past few times the delivery guy has overfilled leaving a mess for me to clean up in the basement and a smell that took a few days to fade. Baking soda helped to rid the smell. The first time, Tevis was prompt and came to drain and comp my bill-took about 5 gallons out. The second time, only about a quart was on the floor-I called and left a message-no response-it was all automated. As for the monthly bill pay option? I signed up for the "savings" plan. After 3 months, my "savings plan" of 169.00/month increased to 211.00/month! Without Notice! As well as breaking the promise in the "contract" that if I were to pay for the "savings plan" my monthly rate would remain unchanged for the several heating months that is the season here in Maryland. Will likely look

I have been a customer for many years. I always pay for the oil plan in which the max price is guaranteed. I recently received an oil delivery. The delivery ticket gave an oil price of $5.53. This was much higher than last years prices. I was surprised. I called the office and was told that the price has jumped. Everyone’s seeing this . high price. I hope that prices will drop quickly. I can’t afford it at this level. Your people are very nice.

Service plan clarified and repairs made There was some initial confusion as to what parts for oil burner/furnace Total Care Heating Plan were covered under terms of the service contract. Met with Service Manager at the airport office and that was resolved, oil burner parts were replaced at no cost to me. The technicians that made the repairs were diligent in obtaining and replacing parts. Here's hoping to a worry free winter heating season.
