Prices are competitive. Staff always friendly and professional when I call. Driver is super friendly and it is nice knowing that he personally knows us as he has been delivering our oil for years. I had requested our 1+ year old furnace be cleaned and checked in the fall of '25. It has yet to be scheduled. I also would like to see a bit lower price on home heating oil, consistent with other suppliers.
Had reached out to Tevis with some questions/concerns about a recent delivery. I was contacted back in a timely manner and was given polite/professional responses to my questions/concerns. I am on automatic delivery and have never had any issues with running out of oil. They offer some budget type programs, discount if you set up to autopay your bill.
Tech was very professional. Problem was water in the lines. After he left I ran a water line from the furnace to a laundry tub in the laundry so if we needed the lines bled it would be easy. Thanks George
We called on a Friday to schedule oil. Was told it could be latest following week Thursday. It seems if you are are a customer that pays as you need it the service is worse than if you had a regular account. Now the house has no heat while they say they can't help to deliver the oil earlier. Service got worse when they combined with the other company they are with now. Its tuesday and no heat until Thursday in these temperatures.
