We were exceptionally pleased with the service, professionalism, kindness, and service that TexAire provided. From calling to make an appointment with Ashley, getting quotes and options, to the updates on ETA's with bio's of the tech's, and the owner himself coming to oversee projects himself, we could not have had a better experience. David and his techs thoroughly explained their plan to my parents, and even took extra time to call me to make sure that all information was relayed so that my parents would feel confident moving forward with their work. My parents had the highest compliments about how hard the techs worked, and how kind/friendly/personable the team was. Eduardo and out to perform a regular maintenance check. He was on time and extremely efficient with his time. He checked all three systems and let me know things to watch and look for potential issues. He was very informative and clear with his explanation.

TexAire yearly checkup of HVAC was great - Checked all systems and offered suggestions. Easy scheduling of checkup, they showed up on time, courteous, and was very knowledgable. Highly recommend.

Air quit working on a Saturday and Rafael was here quick with no Weekend up charge. Rafael knew his stuff , my solution was a fairly simple fix. Did not attempt to over sell. Second time I have used TexAire and both times Rafael was sent as he lives nearby. Super friendly and quick. Office was amazing , very friendly and super helpful in scheduling on a Saturday. . Highly recommend Texaire!! They have definitely become our preferred HVAC team.

I enjoyed working with Eduardo, he’s professional and personable. He knew what to do with little diagnoses and we have AC back tonight in this warm November 2025!
