Two days in a row we visited our neighborhood pool where the life guards were not on the life guard stand. Both days, both girls, spent the duration of our time there on their phones in a lounge chair not paying attention to the pool nor the people in it. They also got up and left the pool to go to a building by the pool for at least 15/20 minutes. If this is your idea of safety and proper training you may want to re-evaluate your standards because someone is going to get seriously hurt on your watch. Very concerned about your staff and program.

HOA boards need to do a better job when selecting an aquatic company. The splash pads over in grand Mission Estates here in Richmond, Texas have been broken majority of the summer. There is no sense of urgency by any of their staff, both locally and at the offices. I do not feel safe using their equipment. Do better.

We have only had our pool, not even three years and have had nothing but problems. The first two years, we did not go more than two months without something broken. I contacted the owner/person who runs the company immediately every time we had an issue, and it took them forever to get back to me, if they even responded. Usually I'd have to contact them multiple times. They messed up our chemicals so bad when the pool was first finished and "ready to swim in" so badly that both of my kids hair turned white, Our heater has been not working more than it's worked, our panel has had to be replace several times, things weren't grounded, pressure issues, you name it. Now we are a few months shy of the third year, and are having to pay $1650 to get our metal gas line fixed because they did a poor

Great company, very good customer service, got my pool blue in no time. One of the workers Scott was exceptional so much knowledge for pools and solved my problem in no time. If your looking for pool maintenance he’s your go to guy, couldn’t have asked for anyone better, great company around the neighborhood I will definitely encourage everyone to use them! I would leave zero stars if I could. They are now the lifeguards at the Pearland Silverlake HOA pool. Half the lifeguards have their phones on them while on the lifegaurd stand and are browsing, texting, and making phone calls. They are not attentive to the swimmers. They prop the security door to the pool open and do not check for key cards.
