Please DO NOT use Texas Best Movers Company. We hired Texas Best Movers about a month and a half ago, expecting a smooth, professional move - but that was not our experience. On moving day, the crew off the bat had a hard time communicating to us clearly and confidently; they seemed uninterested in interacting at all. All three workers took multiple undocumented breaks at the same time, halting progress for 30–45 minutes at a time, several times throughout the day. Simple tasks took much longer than expected, and cigarette smells were brought into both the homes we were moving from and the home we were moving into. EVERYTHING about my experience with Texas Best Movers was exceptional. From my initial call with Erik to Guillermo, Richard, and Richie loading the last pieces into my POD - 10/10! Erik and Guillermo were very responsive any time I reached out. They treated me as if I was their family getting ready to make this big move - they repeatedly calmed my fears about this whole process. Richie was a Tetris master fitting all of my worldly possessions into the POD. Richard and Guillermo took great pride in protecting all of my things before they were loaded up. They were all a delight to work with - we had fun! The quote was not only reasonable but was exactly the same that I paid at the end of the service. No surprises at the end. I would recommend Texas Best Movers over and over again!

Coordinating a corporate relocation from Houston to Fort Worth is complex. Their office team handled all the scheduling and updates, providing a single point of contact. The movers themselves were punctual, polished, and respectful of both the empty office space and the new one. They turned a major logistical hurdle into a straightforward process.

The driver, Miguel, was the epitome of professionalism. He introduced his team, reviewed the plan, and maintained a clean and safe worksite. He was clearly in command of the logistics, which allowed us to completely focus on our family instead of the move. Leadership like that defines a premium moving company.
