BUYER BEWARE! This company is untrustworthy: lies, cheats, steals, and will leave the job unfinished. I hired Texas Concrete Effects to demo and polish my floors when I bought my home two years ago, they charged $5,000 for 850 sq ft. Their laborers stole personal valuables from me and did not complete the job! My floor still looks terrible, it’s patchy and rough to the touch. Dustin Branscum took my money and ran! Too busy playing golf to care about his clients. I paid, trusting him to come back and complete the project. This could have been avoided had you done right by your clients. Too concerned with how much time it would take to wrap up the job properly and his own bottom line. My floor still looks terrible, nothing like the photos he sent. Said he would send a contract but didn’t. I
