Disappointed in communication and timeline While the final result of our project looks nice and we’re happy with how it turned out, the overall experience with Texas Fence and Pergola was very stressful. Many reviews mention that Steven was easy to work with and stuck to his timeframe, but that was not our experience. He promised we’d be “expedited” on his schedule if we paid in advance, yet we still waited almost a year when he initially said it would only take a couple of months. For a long time, my wife and I were genuinely worried he had taken our money and wouldn’t finish the job. Throughout the process, communication was poor — I had to reach out repeatedly to ask when he would show up, and each stage of the project was delayed by another week or two beyond what he said. Texas Fence promised they would finish the fence and they delivered! They kept us in the know of what was happening. We absolutely love the new fence. They also provided a dog run to keep my dog in the yard. I highly recommend Texas Fence and Pergola. (Sorry this was the only picture I had available)…but trust me it looks great! We added the concrete base, steel poles and upgraded fences.

We absolutely love our new fence! This company was amazing to work with, as well. They gave us a time frame and stuck to it, and the work crew was detail-oriented and very professional. We even made an addition about 3/4 of the way through the project, and they were super accommodating. I can't say enough great things about them! Highly recommend!!!
