Texas Fence R&R

First time using this company to do a fence repair. I really wanted to like them, as they were friendly and had a reasonable price. They missed our original appointment time, but showed up later that day to work on the repair. After the repair, we noticed some pickets were still loose and needed to be screwed down and I asked him to come back, which he agreed the next day at 8AM. Did not show next morning, put promised later that day. Did not show at all that day and promised the next morning. Did not show the next morning so I gave up.

I had been searching the market for some time to replace old fencing at my residence. When I met Roger, the business owner, he was very professional, prompt, fair, flexible, and communicative from the moment I met him until the end of the project. His team also reflects those values and I was so pleased with the results. I can be very indecisive and unsure but Roger was very patient and worked with me. My entire experience and the outcomes were above my expectations. I am so grateful to have the work done by such an excellent company. I would absolutely refer Roger and Texas Fence R & R to anyone in the Houston area looking to get their fence replaced.

Texas Fence R&R did a fantatic job on my cedar fence rebuild. Roger is great to deal with and his team was on time and very fast. I would recommend them highly. Great job and I will definitely use him again. I got alot of fence still needing replacement. I do not write reviews but I had to because its hard to find a company of this quality.

Fence install was to my satisfaction. However the gate which he installed began sagging just after a week, which made it hard to open. I called Romerio and he promised he will come back and fix the gate. He never showed up. Even after repeated calls, he never came. I thought he is a genuine guy. This is a huge disappointment for us. We never expected this kind of service.
