absolutely horrific work, scratches everywhere, damage to my home with zero acknowledgement or apology. one of the installers was clearly intoxicated and stunk like he hasn't seen shower water in weeks. do not recommend

Great people to work with. If there is a problem, they take care of it. Would use again.

Initially they were wonderful and friendly. They installed our floors twice , after hurricane Laura and again after we had a pipe burst in our slab. We are having issues with some pieces coming up and have called multiple times and left msgs and no one will return our calls or answer phone.. we called immediately when we noticed( like 2wks after installation. ) said they were going to send someone and never did. Now phone calls aren't answered or returned.

Great people, we saw there booth at the home show in Beaumont, we loved the floor samples, we explained to Tim that we live 50 miles south of Houston and he said they install there. They phoned the day before to let me know they would be coming. His crew called the morning of to let us know they would be there by 8:30 Am, they removed the carpet in our Master Bedroom and vinyl flooring in the master bath to install our new floor and floor trim. They even help me put our adjustable bed frame and AirPedic mattress back in the room, those frames are very heavy. Highly recommend this company for all your flooring needs.
