I will start by saying overall I am very satisfied with the end result of my flooring, it looks beautiful. The installers were kind and hardworking, they completed the job in less than 2.5 days for around 1000sf. Upon completion, I noticed there was quite a bit of damage to my existing baseboards. I reached out to Billy to ask if there was anything that could be done to remedy this as I was not aware there would be such significant damage. He then attempted to gaslight me into believing that he had verbally disclosed in our estimate walk though that there would be damage caused to my existing baseboards, which is not at all what I recall. Billy and his team did a wonderful remodel job in my master bathroom. Luis, his tile guy, does impeccable work. Billy quickly responded when I called or texted him with questions (or changes). He was very patient and informative. I highly recommend this company.

WOW!!! A+++ Work!! Texas Flooring Professionals are exactly that. The professionals! THE BEST. Hands down. If I could give 10 stars I would! My husband and I have worked with so many contractors for home renovations and Texas Flooring Professionals are by far the elite in flooring. The floors are absolutely beautiful. We used Texas Flooring Professionals to replace the carpet in all three of our bedrooms. We went with a beautiful 7" Oak Coretec and we could not be happier! Ashley and Billy were extremely easy to work with, as were their entire team. The crew was able to completely finish our house in one day!! They did an incredible job and our house looks beautiful. The installation fast and efficient and we would absolutely recommend them to anyone who is looking to get a great quality floor!!

Please, for the love of all that is holy, BEWARE and AVOID AVOID AVOID this company. UPDATE 2018: I just wanted to post an update on our floors after our nightmare experience with this company, who claimed in court that their shoddy work (which we found to be a breach of contract, as they did not install a floating floor as promised) was the fault of the cracked foundation. Well, it's been two years now, and the replacement floating floor installed by another company still looks perfect. There has not been ONE single instance of buckling or warping such as you can see in my photos below of Texas Flooring Professionals' job. The problem was not our foundation, but the fact that TFP company did not install the proper floor as agreed, and then would not fix their work. BEWARE AND AVOID. ***
