I requested an estimate online for some simple wall damage spots caused by my pup. Dustin came out to give me a quote the same day. We scheduled an appointment for the following week on my off day and everything was off to a great start. The appointment was set for 2:00pm. He communicated slightly that he was running behind but I didn’t hear anything for awhile after that. At 5:30pm he texted me that he finished another job and could be at my apartment within an hour and a half. I responded that we could reschedule when he gets back from his vacation cause it sounded like he had a long, unexpected day. We rescheduled for the following Tuesday at 12pm. I highly recommend Texas Kristin Concepts! We were having some electrical issues and they came out really quickly and came back later that same day to fix it. They ended up having to stay sort of late in the evening to make sure everything was up and running .The staff was very friendly and communicative as well, giving us updates along the way!

My experience with Texas Kustom Koncepts was very good and professional. They quickly repaired the issue and went out of their way to make my home comfort return to normal
