they are NOT very helpful and clear with contract parking info , even if you have the address of your work they cant help you to give you options closed to you ... You need check the parking map and do the research ... ! thats not right when you don't know the area . I didn't ask to choose for me the right parking I was asking near parking option . very poor customer service !
