The individual who handles our maintenance is timely, knowledgeable, friendly and exhibits a lot of understanding around how to handle the various problems related to pools. We have used Texas Pools to build pools at 2 different houses, the most recent in 2017. Obviously we were pleased the first time! They were very attentive to our wants & dreams and came up with a perfect design that we loved. The computer program they use to show you exactly what the pool will look like in your yard is incredible - you can view it from every possible angle & it is really helpful to confirm that you're getting what you want. They offered many great options (ie: we went with an in-ground cleaning system this time in lieu of a Polaris as well as an Ozone system that cuts down on the amount of chlorine needed) and we're very pleased with how everything came together & functions. They have tons of accessories to choose from as well as a huge assortment of materials & finishes.

Texas Pools built an awesome resort-style pool and spa for us. Our rep Kelly was very responsive and walked us through the entire construction process. There are a lot of details and steps while building a pool and Texas Pools made the process easy. Very professional and I highly recommend them to build your dream pool and spa.

I have been using Texas Pools for some time now for pool service whilst I am away from home and for incidental repairs and cleaning. Chad is totally focused on excellent service. For example, when I am away I always get a notification that they have arrived at my home, they send me a detailed report of the work done and the status of my pool's chemicals, and they attach several photos of my pool upon completion of the work done. We have been using Texas Pools since 2014 when we remodeled our pool. They have serviced our pool since then. They did a great job on the remodel. Overall we have found them to be very professional and responsive and they consistently do a good job of cleaning our pool week after week. Prior to 2014 we used two different pool service companies and were not happy with either of them.
