AUSTIN WAS THE ABSOLUTE BEST! After calling 5 or 6 tow companies to unlock my CADILLAC COUPE . They all denied & said it was too big of a risk with the window frame. No one wanted to risk it. No confidence in their work. BUT AUSTIN & TEXAS PREMIER LOCKSMITH knew EXACTLY how to handle that vehicle. Travel time was immaculate & just as they said. Couldn’t have better service. DEFINITELY USE THIS COMPANY!!

I had the pleasure of meeting Austin today about my car keys. He was very professional and kept me updated during the process. He also gave me the price ranges so I wouldn't be surprised. His communication was the best I had in the last few days. I highly recommend his service.

Great communication, especially as I was coordinating from out of town to replace my daughter’s key fob between her and Texas Premiere Locksmith all over the phone. It went smoothly.

Called at night to get a quote for the next day for a bedroom door open. Was quoted $30 service fee + $25 for labor. Next day the technician claims that it's $105 because of a $75 residential lockout fee. These prices are not on the website and they were not part of the quote. Absolutely ridiculous and fraudulent.

I accidentally locked my husband’s keys in his work truck and he was in a hurry to get to a job. Texas Premier Locksmith had someone out within 25 minutes and it look less than 5 to get the door opened and payment processed. So fast and easy!
