The Lake House Story I received a call from the next door neighbor at our lake house. She said that water was pouring from under the doors and from the sides of the house, and her husband was trying to turn the water off at the meter to stop it. Just the week before, while having lunch, I met Richard Morgan and he gave me his business card so I called him to see if he could help. Richard and his brother, Dwight met me at our lake house to assess the damage. They put me at ease and before we departed, they were on the phone scheduling their team. They consistently kept me informed of the process every step of the way as they worked with my insurance adjuster. They took every precaution to protect our furniture and belongings as they removed and replaced all damaged areas of our house.

Exceptional experience from start to finish. My home caught fire in June. Needless to say it was such a confusing and stressful first time situation that I wouldn’t wish upon anyone. BUT Richard and his crew made it easier. They walked me through every detail and timeline. They answered my many MANY questions and requests both big and small.
