Sent the wrong stuff. When I called to see if the business had a solution I was told more or less too bad so sad this is what you ordered. I wasn’t looking for a free solution to the problem but the guy was in a bad mood already very defensive. Wanted to throw it on the general manager but the guy didn’t answer. We spend about 50,000 in landscaping material every year with one site and decided to try someone new. As a business owner when I get customer calls to resolve something I find a solution. Needless to say I have all of our calls recorded. Will be sending over to the bank for dispute.

This is easy to get five stars because from the moment I arrived Merrick went out of his way to make sure I got what I needed. I asked him to go to the job site so I could get some advice because I've never done this before . And he drove over there and helped me figure it out. Pricing was great and they went out of their way to deliver it exactly when I needed it. Five stars

Every time we need black, red mulch, granite, flagstone, dirt, compost, river rock, etc. if it's no more than 3 yards we can put it on the trailer, if it's more than this amount they can deliver it where you need it. All of them very kind, even the backhoe drivers tell you where you should park where they can load your trailer. I highly recommend: Texas Soil & Stone Outfitters you will be very satisfied with the products they have for all your projects.

Texas Soil & Stone Outfitters has some great products! The Garden Soil, Red Mulch, and their Custom Mixes are top notch. I would highly recommend them especially if you live near 281 and Bulverde. Super friendly staff, easy to get to, and great prices too. Very pleased! Oh and they deliver or you can bring a truck/trailer

Very Professional. Had a great experience. Malcolm, the guy who most often answers the phone, was very courteous and knowledgeable. Truly helped solve issues and handled things quickly and professionally. Jaime the driver who made the deliveries was more than accommodating with my exact delivery wishes. 10 out of 10!!
