These ladies did a great job. I needed a quick move-out clean so I could get my unit rented asap. She did a thorough job and made sure to give me details on what was cleaned. Patricia and Brittany did a great job. I needed a last minute clean prior to guests arriving and they alerted me to two issues at the unit that required immediate attention. They followed up after my guests arrived, making sure the guests were happy. Great communication and pictures during the clean, as well. Thank you, ladies!

Texas Southern Maids had my bathrooms spotless. They were very nice, attention to detail. Reasonable rates, and didn’t need guidance. Will have them back again.

They quoted a price unseen for a move out. I told them I needed certain things cleaned(oven included) and the size of home (1100 sqr feet, 2 bed 2 bath)After being canceled on our time they said they could not be there because the house before us was way more dirty than they thought.They said they could come first thing in the morning. Should had been my first red flag but I was desperate. They finally show up around 12. Then proceed to tell me its going to be 200 more because we have an animal and I didn't tell them...hmmm... I think that's something they should ask... anyway, it gets worse.. because we had to be out that day.. When they got there, they up charged me 200 because of animal hair on blinds.... wth. I told them i would only go up 100. Shouldn't have done that. So they sent p
